slowloop lab is a workshop for sharing the process and the thinking — not a portfolio that only displays results. A record of how far a solo developer can go with AI, written down as I run into it.

A heads-up: everything here is based on my own experience — personal opinions, not the right answers. Some of it is written with AI, too. If you see things differently or have a question, reach out anytime.

Not a quick hit-and-run. Solo dev isn’t a game you win on speed — it’s about finding a pace that doesn’t burn out.

Build → record → build again. A small loop that turns every time goes further than one big launch.
